When our client Symposium contacted us they were seeking help to promote their Gold Symposium event. We needed to assist with attracting attendees, as there were only 150 booked so far with 6 weeks out.
We ran a half day workshop to define the target markets for an upcoming event and wrote a marketing planstrategy on how to attract attendees. We created printed material to attract a crowd at their upcoming event.
Bright brochures and flyers were designed to attract attention and the client was able to send them out to their database to inform them of the event details. The design requirements included flyers, brochures, logo and web banner ads. All elements needed to reflect the brand image and be consistent to build recognition and awareness across the target market, which resulted in almost full attendance for their event.
Marketing Angels worked with Symposium to run a series of online ads for the event. These ads helped to generate a lot of enquiries and the event turned out to be a great success.
We were able to help attract 800 to the conference (almost capacity) and the client was very happy with the end results.
